The misinformation between management and members is so common, there is no apology given when the realization is made. There is animal feces throughout the grounds of the property including the sidewalks and parking areas - it appears that the majority of pet owners do not clean up after their pets. Pet waste pick-up is not enforced and pet waste bags are frequently in need of restocking. Interaction with the staff feels like you're inconveniencing or being a bother. The smell of tobacco smoke is pungent throughout the inside of the building due to non-compliant members. The feel of a "luxury apartment" is dissipitating while rent prices are sky rocketing.
