I had an experience with the maintenance associate stole my ring. I reported it and nothing was done. The ring only cost about $500 when I bought it about 10 years ago. What pisses me off is I moved here in December from NC and never had any visitors until my daughter and grand kids decided to surprise me for Spring break. I get a call around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday 4/17 from my daughter letting me know she was on her way to visit and her ETA was 1 am. I was excited and said just call when you arrive. I received another call around 1:30 a.m. when they arrived and I went down to let them in. The next morning when I got ready to go to work I asked my daughter to go outside so I could help her bring the luggage in since it was so late we didn't bring it in. To our surprise the car was gone and had been towed. How dare this they tow my daughter's car who wasn't even parked there 6 hours. When I asked the Bowen about if they would have come out here at 1:30 a.m. to give me a visitor pass she stated no, she would have suggested I have her park on Health Center Drive. Well I pay about $2000 a month and I am not having my guest park on Health Center Drive. I had to pay $175.00 to get my daughter car out but the maintenance associate who took the ring out of my apartment still works here and I'm out of a $500 ring that the apartment complex did nothing about. So now I'll write Bad reviews on how this community and the crooks they have working for them. There's a time for trash to be put out, but tenants put trash out sometimes around 2pm on Sunday and I have to look at it and or smell it, but yet you have time to tow a car of someone who you wouldn't have came and gave me a visitor pass for at that time of the morning. How about give me the money for the ring the maintenace guy took. People DON"T Let maintenance in your apartment if you are not there! BE on ALERT they hire thieves
