My living experience here has been pretty good. I know the staff here and they are very helpful and just overall accommodating and wonderful. Any maintenance issues I have had were handled very quickly. There's not much I'd really change about my apartment. The location is great. During the snow storm, I really like the fact that I could walk right over to the Bowie Town Center to the grocery store. I like the enclosed garage so i didn't have to shovel snow. Also because the main road leads to a hospital, Health Center Drive was plowed and salted. I don't really have anything bad to say about the place. Perhaps the rent could stand to be little lower since the price is fast approaching townhouse rental prices. I think the rent could be a couple hundred dollars cheaper based on competition and neighboring homes for rent. But other than that, no real negative remarks to give. It's a very nice place to live. At this point I've renewed my lease three times. So that should speak volumes. I'm spoiled living here. I would recommend this place to live.
