I was disappointed when I moved in. The apartment was not cleaned and the plumbing in the showers was clogged. The maintenance came in to repair and nothing was done! The management said their chief guy was on vacation and the regular person was not there to approve the turn over. Regardless, this is a business and I felt very disappointed in my move. I am still having renters remorse as I feel that I paid rent for a place that advertised luxury amenities but received an inferior product.
