This is an excellent community with a very attentive and responsive staff. The property and grounds are very clean and well-maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also provide many community activities for residents to mix and mingle. If anything is out of order in the property, it will be addressed and resolved quickly.

A great place to live! The staff and management are always very professional, courteous, and friendly. The common areas are well maintained and clean. Individual apartments are spacious and modern. And there are many amenities offered and monthly fun community events hosted.

The Bowen is a wonderful community with many amenities and community events. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Even though pets are allowed, the buildings and grounds are very well kept and the lobby and common areas are always clean and fresh smelling. They are also very responsive when you have maintenance concerns.
