My husband and I love life at Bowen. We downsized from a 5 bedroom house to a 2-bedroom as we are now empty nesters. Initially it was a rough start as new management took over. However, things have finally settled. When I had issues or concerns, every effort have been made to rectify the situation. Michael especially has truly been exceptional! The Bowen is absolutely Beautiful! New management has made lots of improvements and upgrades. Like new furniture in the lobby, speed bumps in the garage, re-striping the garage, etc.. The amenities and activities makes it resort living! There are monthly activities for the residents which are always fun. The only downside to living here is the noise. You can hear your neighbors.
