Thank you for your great feedback. We are working on a portal where you can print your guest permits yourself however, we are still using the system in place upon take over. We are also working on a trash alternative, so that you don't have to pay for Valet Living. Your suggestions are already in the works, glad to know that our forward plans are what our member's want.

I am not impressed with the new management company. I definitely preferred the Bozzuto management staff over Sobe Live. We have to have guests parking passes printed by office staff when before we had a permanent guest pass. If the office is not open you can not get a guess pass. If you live in a one bedroom you pay the same amount in parking fees as residents that have two and three bedrooms, your forced to pay valet wasted fees even if you don't use their services. 
I do like that fact that we now have parcel pickup though.

Will try to be brief.....Continuous false advertisement and dismissive personnel..... Trash continues to smell horridly and overflow......Leasing staff appear just as unhappy as residents........Pet poop bags never got refilled even after bringing the matter to Shannon&apos;s attention on more than one occasion....Concerns are still not addressed.

Overflowing trash almost everyday.  There is so much trash, It spills out of the alcove into the garage itself.  Spoke to leasing office and their response was to move the trash from one side of the building and store it in front of the garage entrance on the opposite side.  Now there is a huge overfilled trash receptacle with two smaller overfilled trash receptacles beside it.  I definitely will not be renewing my lease, however, I am sure they will not have a problem renting my apt to the rats and roaches that are sure to come.  This dÃƒ?Ã‚Â©cor, amenities and architecture are wonderful but not worth the health risk.  Stay away!!!

This is the absolute worst place to live. I have been here for almost a year and I can&apos;t wait for my lease to be up. Not only is management rude and unpleasant, but most of the residents our too! Don&apos;t be fouled by the online pictures. Look at the pictures I posted on YELP!!! You will clearly see this place is dirty and not maintained properly for the so called &quot;luxury&quot; apartment living as advertised. This place is by far very sub par for how much they charge. They call themselves a smoke free community, however this is far from the truth!! If you like the smell of cigarette smoke coming in through your open windows or the odor of marijuana in the hallways then this is the place for you! If not do yourself a favor and look else where!!!

Me and my family experienced a leaky faucet that required servicing by maintenance. This was just my comment about the work performed. Thank you!

I am so appreciative of the skills you have displayed by supplying efficiency, and speed when servicing consumers like myself, and my family. The community is great, and most times, very peaceful. Great place to live. I have lived here for five years and love it. The only thing that comes to mind that I would like to see changed or added is to have the computer room upgraded or updated and add and more printers

This community is outstanding, convenient to great restaurants, movies and shopping. The community is clean and security is great. The amenities like trash pick up, terrace room, pool, grilling area are great.

I have lived at the Bowen for 4 years and had a very positive experience. The property is beautiful, the staff is professional and responsible to the needs of the residents., the amenities are particularly wonderful, and the environment is very pleasant. I've had no problems.

I have enjoyed this beautiful community since 2017. And most of the Bowen Staff are friendly and helpful! It feels like a luxury resort upon entering the property. I really enjoy my poolside view daily!

Horrible experience. Continue to have issue with water coming into the apartment when it rains. It appears the maintenance staff does not know how to fix or resolve issues. This pain job is horrible.  Need to be redone

The Bowen is a beautiful property. With beautiful grounds access to dining, school, and shopping.  Luxurious apartment, beautiful view of the pool area, friendly neighbors, and top notch clubhouse with amenities!

Horrible place to leases. This not luxury. Gates continue to be broken, the smell of weed on the property, the staff lacks communication. Do not move here. There is security; however I have never seen him/her since being here
