Overall, beautiful, peaceful community. Great location, near walking and biking trails. Conveniently located off the highway and in walking distance to the Bowie town center. Lots of food and entertainment options.

Overall, this is a great community and housing value. Staff are kind and responsive, especially the manager. Maintenance is good at quickly addressing any concern and the grounds keep up is excellent. I love the layout of my apartment and really all the designs. Great location and access to the highways.
