When we moved in we had a security team that would check both inside and in the parking ramp. We do not have this today. The people who pay for security have to give it to themselves. We call the cops if people who aren't to be in or outside the building to take care of the problem. This is something we,the renters of the Bowen, are trying to change with management. The community is pretty nice. There are a lot of great people that are living here. We all try to get along and for the most part that is not a problem. We have a few problems that management and the tenants are resolving, many of us have lived here for 5 years or more, we arenot planning on moving out very soon. Come and check our complex out.
