My experience has been mixed. I like the community and the maintenance response has been good, but management has not communicated well regarding certain things, including a recent crime committed on the property. The emails sent from office management were not clear in explaining to residents what happened, and how it happened. Residents need to know the severity of the situation in order to make decisions for their own safety and well being. Also, appliances should be kept up to date, not just functional, in a "luxury" building.

We absolutely understand your concern with regard to safety however, our management team only had the same information as many residents, which was based on what was on the news. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the investigation, the police department did not share any information with the on-site team, so the notices that went out were based on what information was available from news sources. Move-in was difficult due to Covid and bad weather. Too bad there wasn't a back-up plan to service new tenants. Staffing seem to be a problem but the staff members who are available are pleasant and helpful. Maintenance response has been very prompt.
