In my tenure as a tenant, I have experienced outstanding response to tenants' concerns and efforts to keep the property in excellent condition. The staff is very approachable and responsive. I'm impressed how they remind the residents of their responsibilities about their pets and the rule of no marijuana use.

So far I am pleased I selected the Bowen. I like the amenities and monthly events. It is for the most part quiet, except I constantly hear the footsteps and apparently toddlers playful jumps above me, which I am not complaining, but indication apartment living isn't totally sound proof after being in single home living for a long time.

The management is excellent. The building is kept up with continuous maintenance. I am a new resident for 2 months and continually share with family and friends about the wonderful amenities, the leasing office team, the monthly events that add to the comfort of living here.
