There has been some ups and downs in some areas like parking is a huge problem even after having a reserved space and having to pay $15.00 every month. But for the most part everything else has been fine.

    It was a pleasant experience. Staff were courteous, polite and very helpful. Initial orientation of the building was provided, One thing negative is that I need my refrigerator changed with the handle on the left side instead of the right, as it appears now making it so awkward to open the refrigerator.

      My experience was great. The apartments are very attractive and all looking great. The amenities are great and the apartment overall makes you feel at home. I'm super excited to become a part of this awesome community and cannot wait to start enjoying living in my new home where I can also experience the joy of exercising in the "state of art" gym and yoga area. Thanks to the great staff the Bowen!!!!
