I am new to Columbia and I've being living here for a couple of months now. Since this place is one of the best apartments in Columbia I've been trying to move here for a few months but there was no apartments available. Finally an apartment that fit my needs was available and i am so happy i live here. Everyone is so nice and neighbors speak and say hi. Tess in the leasing office is amazing and so helpful. And i cannot believe that she remembers everyone's name, I think that is great and makes going there even better. The noise level is very low, no one in the parking lot playing loud music or talking excessively loud. I live on the third floor and have a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Maintenance is very fast, whenever i had a problem they always came with 24 hours. The grounds are very well kept, no trash on the ground, landscapers are constantly around blowing away all the leaves on the ground. These apartments are very close to everything, columbia mall, grocery stores, target, etc. There are many great parks around also. I couldn't have picked a better place to live for me and my family!
