YES..NO..I DONT KNOW!!!

I've been living here for around 2 months now. Pros: no bugs!!!!! -maintanance comes and takes care of whatever you need realllly fast -free parking and there is always a space -fireplace in the apartment, including washer/dryer, and dishwasher/disposal. - no crime from what i know cons: - ------ kids. How do i say this. I just left the gym at 7:30pm and didnt finish my workout, because around 6 kids in the age of ...16..17, were at the gym, with the lights off just hanging out in there while i came in trying to get my workout on. They were all just sitting on themachines and making a lot of noise...very uncomfortable, lets thank their parents for allowing them the code to go in and hangout at the gym that people would like to use to WORKOUT, so that's definitely a con.. bad parents bad kids. - also the neighbors above us and next to us, you can hear them SOOOO well, especially at the best times..around 12am. -The floor isnt made out of actual tile, its more of the vinyl type that has obviously started ripping apart. - the countertops are made out of wood (thats in the kitchen and the bathroom) -unless you upgrade, everything is very old. the fridge sweats easily and theres always apuddle of water on the floor, the sink drain always smells, but hey you get what you pay for. so ii think the most annoying part are the ------ kids that need a new spot for a friday night and neighbors that dont have big loud feet ;)
