The office manager, Tess, is wonderful. She does everything in her power to ensure high quality of living. There are trails for biking and running with in walking distance. Howard Community College, an elementary school, and the Howard County Hospital are with in a couple of miles. The mall, Firestone, Zips Dry Cleaning, Safe Way, and other establishments are with in a 5 mile radius. The apartment itself was built in the 80's with some units with new appliances. The insulation could be better but for the age of the apartment it isn't bad. Children play in the yards, dogs are always being walked, and the neighbors are friendly. I would recommend living here.
