I have lived at Clarys Crossing since August 2012. Overall, the unit is very nice - new carpet when I moved in. There are a few hidden fees, maybe I missed them when I signed my lease - there is a $9/month trash fee. The problem is there is only one trash dumpster/compactor, so I haul my trash and recycling to the single dumpster. I do not understand this fee.
This is a very pet friendly place - if you do not like dogs I do not suggest living here. I frequently hear a small dog on the first floor of my building barking every time I walk by, however I live on the third floor so I cannot hear it in my unit and it does not bother me.
There is not enough parking spots, but you can park on the side of the road. The grounds are kept neat. There was supposed to be a new workout facility opening in October - it is now almost January and it is still not open. There is a small room with a few machines that is not crowded.
I have had two packages delivered from UPS and left at my apartment door for me - which I never received... I now instruct all packages to be delivered to the office for safe keeping.
Tess is the office is awesome!! I've dealt with two other people in the office and they are not as helpful. Overall, if they do not jack up my rent I would renew here and recommend it to someone else.
