We have leased at Clary's crossing for 2 years now. They switched management companies about halfway through our time here and that is when a steep decline in quality began! First, they LOST OUR LEASE! And charged us several hundred more in rent on the first month they were here. Then, a series of repair requests that they DID respond to but essentially did nothing to fix. (Our dryer has been taking multiple cycles to dry clothing and is ruining our clothes) Then, when we wanted to extend by a month or maybe a few months because we are waiting to hear back from respective graduate schools, they told us they ONLY do a 5 month continuance on a lease and it would bring our rent to $2,000 a month! So, we called in again later without mentioning that we are currently tenants. They offered us a 3-month lease with a LOWER RENT! After 2 years of faithfully paying our rent on-time with no problems to speak of, this is how they treat us! They are sleazy, money grubbing and dishonest. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! There are so many better places to go in the area, and we found one of those and will be moving there while we wait to hear back from schools. It is actually WORTH the inconvenience to not have to deal with these fools.
