Nothing ever got fixed....

I really love the apartment and the apartment community. Tess, the manager, and Gene, assistant, are extremely helpful and always friendly. I feel safe and never a problem with parking (although recently I have seen a larger number of cars than usual). I would certainly recommend this place. Whenever we have put in a service request, it gets honored the next day. The neighborhood is very beautiful with nicely built roads, abundant nature and pretty flowers. When my boyfriend and I were apartment hunting back in March, we narrowed it down to Clarys and Grand Mercy. I was sold on Clarys as soon as I walked in the apartment but my boyfriend still wanted to consider Grand Mercy - $300 more expensive - since we gave a deposit. I certainly think this place beats Grand Mercy and it costs less. Very happy with our decision. Conts There is only one place to dispose of the trash and it's a bit far. Tess said that's a battle she won't win with management. They sometimes place a temporary trash compactor on our side but it's not a permanent solution. That's really the only complaint I have.
