The location of the apartment is ideal for me. I was able to get a first floor (I am 77). I was able to bring my dog.The office staff is simply a joy to work with. Everyone I have met here (been here less than a week) have been nice and friendly.

The community is quiet and well kept. When we first came on a tour it was the first thing I noticed. Even after move in our apartment was spotless and well taken care of! We had one small issue with the internet cable and it was taken care of immediately. We could not have chosen a better home.

I like the apartment and the community. The staff are sincere and the workers work hard to keep the community neat and clean. The apartment has all the necessary appliances in house which adds to the value of the house.

So far, it's been great and the staff have been helpful and the area is wonderful. The area is mostly quiet but beware the walls are not the thickest so when there are people in the hallways( depending on which room you're in) or if they're cutting the grass outside you will be able to hear it.

From the time I moved in and almost every step after that has been almost flawless. There have been minor hiccups but that's to be expected. I wouldn't trade living hear for anywhere else, my son is happy and everyone that I live near is really nice and quiet. I don't have anything to worry about that others might elsewhere, like having maintenance fix issues timely, pests, or neighbors that aren't aware they aren't the only ones living. Overall this place has been pretty great and it's why I've consistently found ways to afford to continue to live here.

Overpriced Slum

This apartment complex is sheer trash. Low and poor quality everything with an unresponsive staff who are never in the office during open hours. In my year and a half there every major appliance broke and took forever to replace. Front door would not stay shut due to rotted wood and never fixed. Came into the apartment with zero notice. This is the worst possible place I have ever lived and is a slum with a hefty price tag.

Location is great; quick access to MD 108, MD 100, US 29 and I-95. The apartment is nice, the staff is great and nuisance residents are dealt with promptly. Pets are also allowed. The lot and grounds are always well kept and trash free as well. Best of all the staff here are quick to respond, they're really friendly and very professional.

This apartment is awesome. The buildings and lawns are kept up extremely well. They have good amenities including pool, dog park, and car washing station. The office/maintenance staff could be better at communicating and answering questions. The location of the apartment is great it's close to the mall and different shopping centers with restaurants and shops. One of the best features is the greenway located right next to the complex. I walk my dog there everyday and it's the best.

I was switching units and the office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating I needed a first floor unit and when one become available they allowed me to switch apartments. This is not my first Elms apartment. Every one that I've lived in has been great.

Its been mostly positive. Management is generally responsive to maintenance items. The grounds are maintained well. The apartments are located in a generally safe area (at least initially). Parking is adequate, however, the apartment does not enforce parking spots reserved as handicap parking.

Management and maintenance staff are great. I've had a few small maintenance issues and they were resolved promptly and with care and follow-up. Great location. The landscaping is very nice, love all the trees. I really enjoy living here!

I have not had any issues with the regular staff. The leasing office staff are great. They are always friendly and inviting. The regular on site maintenance staff do a great job with every day upkeep. Some of the contractors that the complex hires don't do a very through job often rushing and half completing a request so they must be called back out.

We have enjoyed the view, the apartment, and the property team over the past 6 years. Even during major upgrades like new siding and windows the staff was communicative and the upgrades are lovely. We have had a few little issues over the years, yet nothing horrible and nothing that would make us want to leave.
