I have not had any issues with the regular staff. The leasing office staff are great. They are always friendly and inviting. The regular on site maintenance staff do a great job with every day upkeep. Some of the contractors that the complex hires don't do a very through job often rushing and half completing a request so they must be called back out.

So far it has been a very pleasurable experience. The apartment complex staff are very responsive to any maintenance need. The complex is located in a very convenient area in the center of Columbia. The community offers a lot of amenities like the pool and exercise facility.

It's a small and quiet community conveniently located near the center of Columbia. Staff members will work hard to keep your business and ensure you are satisfied with your living experience. There are a lot of amenities like a playground, pool, grills, and the garages that you can rent if you choose to.

The community is quiet and small. Units are on the small side and depending on where your unit it you will have a long walk to the trash compactor. Leasing office staff is friendly and will try to resolve your issues. Maintenance of the units leaves something to be desired. Takes several service requests to get issues corrected. Maintenance workmanship looks rushed and like corners are cut. Most repairs look like just getting things serviceable for a little while and they will need to be repaired in the near future.
