Christan was very professional and shown us 3 apts for us to choose from. The community very nice clean and quite .We like the location pool and tennis court. Our job be so easy to get on and off Rt 70 where we commute to work

I had a woderful experience with leasing agent John Figueroa as soon as I arrived at the property. He was knowledgeable, personable and understanding of my interests. The history of the property and the layout/description of the model viewed are a few things that are memorable. His personality was on display in the two videos sent to me when presenting an apartment floorplan. I would definitely recommend this community.

Residences at the Manor has been a joy to live in this community. The staff and our neighbors are delightful. We love our unit. It's a cozy place to call home. We have been here for about 3 years. We may need a bigger unit next year but would highly consider staying at the manor and just moving to a 2 or 3 bedroom on the property. Our favorite things are the fireplace and laundry in unit. Honestly we looked at many apartments in the surrounding Frederick area and are so glad we picked here!

This is a nice place to live. The community and all the grounds are kept clean and neat. The apartments are small put comfortable. There is a nice tennis court and swimming pool, plus a weight room. The maintenance crew are the best.

The Manor has a lot to offer. However during my first 3 to 6 months there were a few maintenance issues left over from the previous tenant. Maintenance responsiveness has improved since that period. All is well to this point so far. The office staff is very professional and responsive.

I've love living here. Very quiet and pet friendly. We are close to everything on route 40 and all of the main highways 270, route 15 north and south. Highways 340 that allow you to travel to Virginia and West Virginia.

Everything great. Wanted the 3 bedroom 2 bath but turns out we couldn't get it at this time. Maybe in the future I hope. Just moved in the 10/ 17/ 2022 so I haven't had time to walk around and enjoy the grounds but what I have seen its beautiful. And lots of parking.

The community is extremely Pleasant, very peaceful and management is very attentive to tenants needs. The only real issue I find is that, there are no assigned parking, which sometimes causes you to park a little distance away.

Great experience! Love the community. It's clean and safe. I even feel safe in the late nights to go out. Love that it is close shopping center and still surrounded by a lot of green. I love that it is not far to the downtown, water creeks and walking trails.

We enjoy this complex. We feel safe and we are close to numerous business's and there is a town bus that stops close by. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The office is friendly and accommodating.

Living here has been fantastic. Community is clean and neighbors are kind. Only complaint is the amount of dog feices on all parts of the property. They should hire a company to clean it up since none of the residences do. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and always say hello. Been here for a few years now and they have gotten to know me by name and always crack jokes and help out when needed.

The staff is professional and courteous. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. This community is fairly quiet. This community is also pet friendly. Within a couple of miles there are shopping centers, gas stations, theaters, urgent care facilities, and restaurants.

Very nice community, maintenance is wonderful they are on top of maintenance emergency and keeping up the cleanup in the community as well as the weather condition they make sure everything is pretreated before weather gotten worse and the staff here are very nice and helpful when needed. ??

Great neighborhood, great staff
I just moved into the Residences at the Manor and it is great!! The place is very clean and spacious, and the neighbors are friendly and one was even kind enough to help me move some stuff in. Big shout out to Christiaan who works here in the main office. He has been extremely professional and very pleasant to interact with. Christiaan responds quickly with kind helpfulness; the best customer service one could ask for. Thank you so much for making everything so smoothly!
