The community is extremely Pleasant, very peaceful and management is very attentive to tenants needs. The only real issue I find is that, there are no assigned parking, which sometimes causes you to park a little distance away.

The Staff is extremely helpful and considerate of tenants. If something needs to be fixed, they work on it right away.  The community is quite with great neighbors. The only issue is no assigned parking.

My apartment is lovely. So pet friendly with paved walking paths, a park near and also a dog park. There are so many opportunities to be outside and enjoy the day. Maintenance staff is very responsive and courteous. The apartments have lots of natural light and closet   are many stores within walking distance. I feel safe here.

This is the longest my husband and I have lived in an apartment community. (5 years. I think this is the 6th time we've renewed our lease?) This year we moved...to a larger apartment within the same community because we love it so much here! It is super safe (when I used to work overnights, a couple of times I arrived home so tired I left the keys in the door...and nothing happened), management is lovely to work with and has some of the kindest people!; maintenance is prompt and thorough; whenever our mail gets delivered to the wrong apartment or box, the neighbor who received it in error makes sure it gets delivered to us (this has been true at both buildings we've lived in; mailing delivery mistakes are a USPS problem, not a community problem); the apartments are beautiful and well-insulated (this is the least we've paid in electricity and gas since moving to this region from Florida), snow removal is prompt (this has been essential because both my husband and I work crazy hours), and we love the location: we often take the bike path that runs through the community into downtown for a 6 mile loop (it's 3 miles one-way.) Having access to this bike path for getting outside has been a big factor keeping us sane during the pandemic. The location of the community is awesome as well: 10 minutes from major hiking areas like Gambrill State Park and the Frederick Watershed, 3 miles from the barn where I keep my horse, 3 miles from downtown Frederick, it's a mile from my husband's job (he works at the county hospital) and it's right next to 270 for my commute to Northern Virginia for my job.

Very nice community to live in. There are a lot of professional workers that work on the property. It is a nice place to live. There are a lot of fun features that are on the property. It is a quite neighborhood. If you stay to yourself you will be fine. There are a few people who try to take advantage but if you ignore or report to the proper people, things will work out

Upon arrival the leasing team was exceptionally warm and welcoming. They greeted me and inquired as to how they could help me. upon understanding I was there to inquire about renting an apartment they invited me into the living room of the main house where the leasing office is. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment to discuss rental opportunities here at the Manor. I was presented with materials that reflected floor plans and property layout. They discussed monthly rental fees as well as options available for security deposit. The conversation was very relaxed, and without pressure.

Great community and overall nice quite place to reside in. This pool, gym, tennis court and the convenience to most shopping centers and grocers are a plus. Walking distance as well. The complex is well maintained and clean.

The apartment layout works well and we rarely hear neighbors. The view from our window over the park is beautiful. The staff is always courteous and thorough. We were searching for a first-floor apartment for our elderly dog, and they were able to find something that would work for us.

My apartment required a lot of repairs upon my arrival. Some neighbors litter the stairwell causing it to be filthy. Maintenance would enter my apartment and not give notice that they were coming or why they were there. This has improved.

No matter what challenges we're faced in making this apartment meet my standards the maintenance in office staff did everything needed to repair replace and refurbish to my satisfaction. Maintenance even went the extra mile to engage a subcontractor to specifically clean the type of flooring I have. All done at my request and met without challenge. One of horning Brothers core value is being community focused and it shines in the service they provide to the residents of their communities as it has in my case.

Proud to call it my home. Excellent management and staff. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Close to shopping, entertainment, commuting, and walkable to almost everything. Wonderful place to live.

We are coming up on our 3rd lease, and couldn't feel better with renewing. Drew has an amazing staff from service to the leasing office.  It feels great to call a place home and hopefully more years to come.  Thanks for everything Drew!

Beautiful community for families and pets. Plentiful parking. Landscape and surroundings are very nice. Near entertainment, shopping, highways, and just about everything. Very close to dowt historic Frederick, MD
