Really good apartments. Could do better with replacing pet bags. They are rarely replaced. The grounds are maintained.The staff is pretty responsive about repairs and any issues I have. Its been a pleasure living here.

It's great I love it the maintenance team they're really cool people that's apartment living folks you got to understand that sometimes other residents above or below you get loud or bugs the water problems or whatever but the maintenance crew and the leasing office is really fast to act I really recommend this place

The problem with this community is the trash and a bulk bin that serves no purpose. There is trash that stays flowing in and outside of the bins and people that live on the other side come around to this side to drop off their trash. smh. There are other things, which are being taken care of. But other than that this community is okay.!!!

Oak Mill is a good neighborhood to live at there is no crime in the neighborhood but my only concern is some people sit at the stairs and smoke cigarettes and weed some of us have little children and it’s not nice walking along with the kids and you see these people smoking especially the weed.

Everyone I have meet are speak too when I see them is very nice and friendly, the outside of our apartments are always clean I never had a problem with no one. The community is very nice and quiet and clean I never seen are heard any noise that’s not respectable. I would definitely refer a friend, family or coworker.

Apartments are spacious, but the parking policy is not ideal. They have a very strict parking policy that does result in vehicles being towed. The apartments are pretty spacious but could be better maintained.

Would not recommend. I have been living here for less than a week and there are cockroaches. Also, the remodeling they did is super cheap and it is giving "landlord special". I cant believe i am paying $2200 to live with ROACHES. I am not talking about outside roaches. I am talking about the roaches that come from dirty neighbors. I never had a pest problem EVER in the past. this is my first apartment. SO disappointed, trauamatized, and scared for my life that i will see a roach when i go in my kitchen. I do not leave food in my kitchen out of fear. this is the worst that has ever happened to me

One of the best person with this company on the maintenance team is"Jared" He is approachable, respectful very prompt and get things done. I've had a few maintenance request and I've ask for him personally because I know he will get the job done in a timely manner. Jared is an asset to the maintenance department.

For the cost of rent the proper should have a party room/ lounge area for tenant to be able to use. On the website it state that the property has a lounge area. It’s a good property, for my first apartment and living on my own I am very pleased and feel safe.
