Her seems to be a lot of water leaky stuff but the maintenance team is really cool very fast to come fix any problems. Overall it appears like this community seems to typically be a middle-aged group with a few seniors I like it because I fit right in

It's great you just have to get to know your maintenance guys then it's a lot better and I really love the new staff at the leasing old staff was no bueno since you want 201 characters for me to submit this I will add one thing in the electric bill is way higher than any other place I've ever even heard of they need to upgrade their heating and AC units it's so damn expensive you can't even use it you either have to sweat to death or freeze to death and then I talk to other people and other apartment developments and they say their stuff is really cheap and I've talked to a couple people in Oak Mill and they are having the same problem other than that everything's gravy is that 201 characters

It's great just Beware of the water bills there is no separate water meters per unit and my building has 24 units and it's shared amongst all 24 units so what do you think the less occupied units the cheaper the water bill would be it's water and sewer combined together that my average monthly bill is $55 and it was an average monthly bill of $35 last year

I would recommend it to a lonely person that likes maintenance to come in their house whenever they want even when it's a non-emergency maintenance don't call to let you know they're coming even when requested I'm still trying to figure out how painting my front door is an emergency and leaving it open for 2 hours to dry and I have an animal and didn't tell me about it that's all for now folks

Your maintenance crew needs to learn what an emergency is it's not painting my door and leaving it open not to mention no email about that not to mention the pressure washing on the balcony and the painting I'll just leave it at that for now

I think it sucks only because of maintenance which is one of the major things when you're renting an apartment they come when they want to with no warning God forbid your wife is home in the bathtub and some strange guy walks in on her or let your dogs out or your cat, now share this for marketing purposes

its not bad i really like it ..but beware of maintenance I've been there like 4 months and maintenance is a little not correct they were completely Stellar at fixing an issue but they like to come when you tell them not to and they also think you're somebody else that you're not
