It is nice and quiet. Appliances are old and rules are not enforced. My only complaint is the people smoking weed in their apartments. Once you call the office they say there is nothing they can do!!!

Community is beautiful, very well kept and I love the compactor! All the staff members are great to work with. Within 3 days of my application I was given keys and moved in right away. The entire process was easy and quick.

The community is very nice. I would like to see an upgrade to the dog park, as in summer, the rocks get really hot. I would also like for management to be more open/vigilant to the crime in the area (car break-in's). Overall, it's located conveniently directly in the middle of a lot of stores, in whichever way you go. Staff is pretty friendly and maintenance team is really efficient.

Thus far my experience has been very positive! I appreciate the cleanliness and convenience of the neighborhood. I wish the apartments were newer models and that more parking was available but otherwise I love my apartment and feel at peace in my home.

I have been very satisfied with this complex. It is always kept very clean and it is relatively quiet except for traffic if noise if you are in the BW Parkway side. Even with this it is still quiet. I really like the pool and the food truck visits!

It has been pretty quiet and nice. The amenities have been awesome, especially the pool. It is conveniently located close to many large companies and shops. My only complaint would be the lack of any covered parking and security cameras.

Close to everything and despite being next to a busy road (Rt 175), it doesn't seem all too noisy. Great construction of the buildings, layout of the apartments are very functional and courtesy of the development staff is very welcoming.

I enjoy the convenience of location to everything I need and shopping. The quick beltway access is great for my kids transportation to school and my commute to work. The buildings are nice, especially the elevator buildings. The clubhouse, pool area and gym are decent but could use some small upgrades to make them stellar. The apartments are a little dated for the cost of renting. The grounds are very well manicured. Overall this is a nice complex and neighborhood and I enjoy living here.

Overall it has been a good experience living here. I have noticed multiple cars with all or some of the wheels and tires stolen over night. Day to day is nice. The maintenance staff is friendly and timely with their requests.

When we first moved in, we didn't mind the community. The apartment was beautiful, and overall we had no complaints. But as we got deeper into living here, a crime happened two doors down, people in our neighborhood complain about car break-ins, and more. We pay little fees for pretty much everything we use in this complex, which half of it we don't even indulge in. You have to drive to take out your garbage, which is kind of ridiculous. The neighbors have no regard for anyone but themselves, so they make noise all hours of the day and night. Parking here is atrocious, especially after 3-5pm depending on the day. Overall, it was nice in the beginning, but now, it's not worth it. We are very unhappy here.

For the past two years we have resided at the apartments at Shannon's Glen. So far, we have been very pleased with our decision to move to this community. The apartment community itself is very quiet, there is some noise at times on Route 175 and trucks at the High's. The apartment we chose is very spacious and works well for our needs. Close to everything (shopping, 95, 295).

The following are some, but not all, of the issues that I can provide feedback on: Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The conduct of the staff is consistently unprofessional and discourteous, which is wholly unacceptable and detrimental to resident satisfaction and community harmony. Altered Contracts: There have been instances of contractual terms being modified unilaterally. Such changes are unethical and undermine the trust between management and residents. Poor Record-Keeping: The current system for data storage and maintenance is severely lacking. Proper record-keeping is essential for transparency and accountability, and the current deficiencies are unacceptable. Undefined Stipulations: Residents are subjected to stipulations not defined within the contract, creating confusion and unfair treatment. This practice must be immediately addressed to ensure all terms are clear and contractually binding. Unprofessional and Careless Management: Management's approach is unprofessional and careless, failing to provide the necessary support and responsiveness required in property management. Inadequate Parking Management: The parking situation is handled poorly, with rules inconsistently enforced. Vehicles without parking passes are not towed, causing inconvenience and frustration among residents. Theft and Security Issues: There is a persistent issue with the theft of rims and tires, which remains unaddressed. It's a nice, quiet, upkept community. It is conveniently located to Baltimore and DC. It is on the pricey end but the space and zen totally makes up for it. There are only 2 major issues: parking and trash. You only get 2 parking passes per resident. You pay a trash fee but there is only one dumpster that's inconveniently located for half of the community. Other than that it's great.

Things are moving downhill fairly quickly. Lobby security doors are often broken and/or propped open. teenage kids bang on lobby glass insisting entry to building. verbal insults when I don't allow them in. Rear door is left slightly ajar at most times.

Shannon Glen is a quiet apartment complex and is well-maintained. The office staff is friendly and responsive. My neighbors are friendly and I always feel safe. More closet space is preferred and disposable of trash is frustrating.
