Community is beautiful. All of the common spaces are typically well kept and nicely decorated. Apartments have issues. The bath tubs get visibly dirty so fast. Hot water runs out after a while. Maybe like 15 mins in the shower the hot water will run out. The hvac is loud. Never really hear my neighbors but can hear people in the hallways. Haven't had issues with management for a while but Deani who I think still works for the community is one of the rudest individuals I've ever come across with renting.

I have been in my Remy apartment for one week now and I totally love it it is just like the Picture Show online very nice Community totally convenient to the New Carrollton Metro and the staff here is awesome at your service whenever you need I love it!

I really enjoy this community and living here it's very clean and convenient. It is near work, there is a ton of amazing food nearby and a great bowling alley! There is a walmart and tons of international food markets nearby as well

The community is wonderful. The staff is professional and the property has great amenities. The maintenance team keeps the building in immaculate condition and I have been pleased with my stay here. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a new apartment home .

This is my very first apartment and also living alone so I was a little nervous. The leasing office kept me at ease and is always ready to help with anything I need. I really appreciate the office keeping us residents informed on any major updates such as hot water or building access. I really enjoy living in a brand new apartment. The neighbors are also very friendly. Parking in the garage is a plus and there are many opens spots for residents and visitors. Make sure visitors don't park in resident or reserved parking or could risk the vehicle being towed. Residents should also be careful not to park in reserved if you're not paying for it. Overall, I'm really enjoying my new home and look forward to making new memories and meeting new people.

amazing new community, new York vibes and amazing design - small issues on move in - like water pressure, water smell, blinds stuck - but it was expected as the building is still under construction, although there should have been a higher level of preparedness from staffing, knowing that over 70 people will be moving into a brand new building all within 1 week, of each other. more carts/help/assistance/staff etc.

Just moved into The REMY and can't wait to see what is in store for the residence here. Absolutely beautiful apartments. The design of the parking garage is a bit tricky but not hard to figure out.

The construction is annoying, the way the building is set up is not well for people with disabilities. Yes the building has nice refreshments and some staff can be helpful. But then you have staff members like Matthew who has personality issues and seems to have a attitude with some folks and favors others. Deani she's a nice lady.

Thus far my experience has been wonderful! I do think the messaging and maintenance requests on the portal need to be evaluated because I feel the staff either arent receiving messages or ignoring them. That's my only qualm so far and residents not picking up after their dogs at the dog park.

I arrived in 2019, and it’s a decent community overall but it has had its issues. I had two major floods outside of my door when I first arrived (get that renters insurance) and much has changed with the community/people. Since COVID the Remy is now at full capacity which now means it’s extremely loud - and it’s not just the construction; walls and subfloors are paper thin where they have clearly cut corners in construction. From music, people walking above me, I even hear some conversations through the vents. Some of the tenants have zero regard to their neighbors in the middle of the night - yelling, blasting music, fighting, smoking, etc. For the price point they are asking it’s not worth it. Needless to say I will be moving soon…however if you need a positive, it’s close to metro and the new building looks nice and will hopefully be better constructed.

Good place to live 10 minute walk to Metro & close to all major highway. Great amenities, parking, nice staff. Downfall need to improve upkeep.& after hour services. Great place for given rent government employees. Amenities fee are waived

Haven't had any issues other than the key deactivating to my apartment, just due to how I really wasn't instructed on how to properly lock/unlock the door on the day of move-in. Still ongoing construction going on, so there's a bit of noise during the day but tolerable.

Staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Building inside is well maintain, outside not so much do to dog poop. Great complex, but if they don't get better control of the dog poop in the back by the garage entry, it will go down. Eventually your compliant tenants will leave.

The building is very modern and has a resort feel feel to it. Upon entering the building the designs are remarkable and there are several amenities that can be used. The first week I was here I utilized the rooftop and grilled my dinner.

Beautiful apartment complex. Hard to navigate parking with construction of a new building happening, but otherwise fantastic place to live. The walls are thick enough that you can't hear neighbors on any side. The windows are thin though and I hear everything in the parking lot, but there usually isn't that much noise especially due to COVID and construction.

I moved in during the Covid Pandemic in October 2020 and was impressed by all of the precautions and detail the facility took to ensure the residence safety and well being. The community is second to none in my opinion. The staff is more than courteous and helpful and my neighbors make me feel proud to apart of this community. Once Maryland reopened from quarantine restrictions the Director reopened all of the amenities (which I use constantly) and the community also host monthly events free of charge for the residents. I would highly recommend this establishment for young professionals that are looking for more than just a place to sleep. The only problem that I have faced has been a reoccurring issue with my refrigerator which seems to have finally been corrected but other than that I have no complaints. Its like staying in a 5 star resort everyday

Residents were never notified of a pest problem in building. There is a also lack of respect for Residents that live here when it comes to noise control. Some of the gym equipment needs to be updated.
