Long term resident speaks volumes

I became a resident here within the first year of them opening their doors.... and I'm still here 6 + years later. That fact alone should speak volumes. The Remy started off great and has continued to grow. There have been some growing pains along the way, for sure, but even so my overall satisfaction was such that I stayed. Sandwiching complaints with praise for what was going right, I witnessed The Remy listen and respond. Lessons have been applied from seeing what does and doesn't work for the community, and fresh ideas have been implemented, resulting in a whole new level of greatness. Today, when residents walk through the lobby they are greeted by staff. Security is on patrol giving residents peace of mind. The amenities are undergoing a good Spring Cleaning. Residents - of all backgrounds and cultures are getting along for the common good. It's truly a wonderful place to live! One final note: Yesterday I was hanging out in the lobby. It was an unusually busy day following a closure for the Memorial holiday. I witnessed team members stepping in to help in areas not technically assigned to them. I saw one of the maintenance guys retrieve a package for a resident. I saw the building manager multi-tasking to make sure every resident felt heard and supported It's this kind of testimony that exemplifies what a great community looks like, working in unison for the common good.
