The complex is very "new" with up to date low energy appliances and fashionable apartments. The people seem to be very friendly as well. I haven't used the abundance of different amenities, however upon my first few sights of them... very impressive. Finally the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful. Not having any experience in renting and the times we are in they made everything quite simple.
