Overall the residence is a good place to live for the location it's in. Pros: The amenities (including coffee, gym, covered parking, cozy lobby, pool table), cleanliness, maintenance staff, appliances. Cons: Many amenities for almost a year have been unnecessarily closed or limited, the neighborhood is not quite ''up and coming'', thin walls/ceilings.

    Thank you for sharing. We are hoping for a Covid-free future, where everyone can fully enjoy the beautiful amenities The Remy offers. Also, with phase II coming and all the plans PG County has with WMATA & the purple line, we look forward to changes within our neighborhood as well. Thanks again for being a member of this community and sharing that experience with others.
