Also, we understand the concern you may have with noise. We are in the process of building Phase II of The Remy which is set to deliver at the beginning of 2022. We are hopeful that construction noises will be ending soon and everyone will be able to utilize double the amount of amenities. And lastly, our team has also noticed some of the gym equipment needed attention. Therefore, we've already ordered the parts to complete the repairs and they should arrive no later than next week.
