I recently moved into this apartment community and while there are some positive aspects, there are also areas that need improvement. Firstly, the location is great, and the grounds are well-maintained. The amenities like the pool and fitness center are fantastic and have been a real plus for me. I also appreciate the efforts that the events person, Debra, puts in to curate events for residents. Those really mean a lot. There are a few drawbacks that I've noticed. The closets in the apartments are quite small, which can be a real challenge for storage. It would be great if they could be expanded or reconfigured to make better use of the space. Additionally, I've had some less than pleasant interactions with a few office staff members. Friendly and helpful customer service is essential in a community like this, and it can make or break the overall experience. (Jacob, Ashley, and Gernea are great?the others could use improvement.) The customer relations director barely interacts with residents. Not a people person and not very proactive in my opinion. The rent is a bit on the high side, especially considering the closet space and occasional service and security hiccups. It would be great if they could reevaluate the pricing to better reflect the overall value. One significant change that I wasn't thrilled about is the introduction of parking fees for guests. Parking used to be free, and this added cost is an absolute turn off and unnecessary. The garage operated for nearly 5 years without any guest fees, so it's clearly a money grab. I agree that the amenity space fees here are overpriced. While having access to amenities can be a great selling point for an apartment community, it's essential that these fees are reasonable and reflect the actual value of the amenities provided. I think that residents should pay a deposit and get the money back after the event like they do at other communities. It might be beneficial for the management to reconsider their pricing structure to ensure it aligns better with residents' expectations and budgets. In summary, this apartment community has potential, but it needs to address these issues to provide a more comfortable and appealing living experience for its residents.

    Nice community, I love my apartment, and the staff is very friendly. It can be difficult to reach someone via phone though, as they use an offsite answering service. I'm disappointed that there is going to be a fee for guest parking. When I initially reached out to secure a lease, guest parking was supposed to be free (which is the main reason why I decided to lease here), but that will change as of March 1. The fee isn't terrible though, but I wish it would remain free. I LOVE all of the amenities, but the design of the club room doesn't make sense because you can hear all of the noise in the hallway and in some of the apartments. There's no carpeting to drown out the excess noise in the club room and there are huge openings above the windows (who signed off on this?), so even the slightest conversation will carry which can be a disturbance to others. Good points: the apartments are well designed (minus the closets?they're kinda small), full size washer and dryers in each unit, there's ample parking, and the community is very close to metro and major highways. I also appreciate that the office regularly hosts events for residents.

We are in hopes the new parking arrangement makes the garage more user friendly for our residents as the metro opens back up fully and our community continues to grow. Also, please never hesitate to contact the office, off-site leasing, or patrol if you find noise from the clubrooms are unbearable. While we love for members to utilize the amenity spaces, we never want it to be a disturbance to others. Again, thank you for sharing.
