Office staff is not always the most professional but I have minimal interaction. My apartment that I reserved at move in was given to someone else and not communicated to me which left me with a bad impression, especially the fact that no one even cared to take responsibility or apologize but overall 4/5 community. Also, rent fees for payment online are a bit unreasonable when it's the safest and most reasonable way to pay rent. Nonetheless good experience overall. Location & convenience trumps any negatives
