Really nice building near the subway and train station. Great community, great amenities, great maintenance team. Don't come here if you have pets. They do not maintain the dog park. The gate to the dog park has been broken for over a year and it is constantly filled up with poop despite having a poop bags to use The fire alarm will go off mid day about twice a month making work from home difficult. The Office team is hard to work with. get packages, they try to raise rent during your current lease. And they are often gone from the office with less then 24 hours notice. This is especially difficult as you are unable to do anything without talking to the local office. You can call the head office but they can't do anything but call the local office. Great place if you don't have pets, get packages, or need to talk to the office people
