This is a nice community and the apartment units are very modern and have nice appliances. right by the orange line, MARC, and Amtrak which is very convenient. Phase 2 is definitely still going through some growing pains since it was just built so if you're expecting a new building free of maintenance issues, that probably won't be the case. However it's not a dealbreaker (imo). For the most part management is responsive and helpful although they do have an off day here and there. The events they put on are always a lot of fun. Parking garage has some break ins occasionally but to be fair management has put in many security measures. Overall nice apartment especially since you get a luxury unit without the high prices of DC, but if they do end up increasing to DC prices probably not worth it
