The building itself it very beautiful, however the surrounding area is not safe. Multiple car breakins, Noisy Neighbors. the ceiling is extremely thin. The gates are either broken. Or guests have to pay for parking. the package lockers did not work for the first two months, and anytime the wifi is down, they don't work again, with your package still inside. Fire alarms go off in get middle of the night and maintenance didn't even fix my problem the first time around. I believe the community just needs to work out quite a bit or kinks before i would consider moving in again
