Good. The noise has minimized. My biggest concern is security. People (residents and probably non-residents) prop open several doors (garage, club room, etc.) and leave them open unattended. There is a large hole (missing segment) of the wooden garage fence and potentially otherr missing portions. I saw the garage door next that hole was propped open with a stone.
