The environment is well taken care of. There are enough parking spaces. The maintenance team is always prompt and available. Office staff are always very polite and receptive.. The environment is quite secured and accessible to schools and shopping centers.

My spoons here has not been the best. I find some management being very unprofessional. There's rotten of roaches in and out truthfully, it's so much I can say, but I thank God that I have a place to live. That's all I can tell you.

The management at Foxfire is honestly a breath of fresh air. The leasing office is always staffed with helpful and friendly people who go out of their way to help you. Maintenance responds promptly and thoroughly. I love the ample parking and laundromat onsite. The value for the apartment is also very good for Prince George's County. I'm very happy to be living here.

As of the time that I moved into the area all is well so far. My only suggestion so far has been addressed. in that I see maintenance leaving something to show that they have interred the apartment. Thanks for addressing this issue.

There is some kind of noise coming from either the next apartment next to mine by my left, where there it is like water keeps running. It is so much at night and it is continuous. That is all I can say for now.

Fantastic property management, I moved from out of state so I am unsure of the value of the properties here and how they fair against the market but the community is quiet and courteous, most notably everyone cleans up after their pets. The on sight pool is well taken care of and is a good size.

I love the location, neighborhood and staff. I'm a new resident to Maryland and this complex is not only confident for work, but also for personal life. Everything you need is around the corner. The staff responds to all maintenance request within a timely manner, the premises are well kept and it's peaceful here. I'm happy with the choice to move to Foxfire.

Good service, the technician was very professional. On the first visit, the kitchen drain remained clogged, but as soon as it was reported they returned to repair it properly. It was quite a difficult job but in the end it was very well executed.

I like it here maintenance is very quick to respond to concerns or issues. I've never waited more than 24 hours for something to be fixed. I have no issues with my neighbors or my neighborhood. I like that there's a pool and that there's laundry valet.

It's been a month now. Experience has been great so far! Maintenance team resolves problems swiftly. The community is usually quiet. It is not walkable, although there is a bus stop right outside of the main gate. For prospective tenants: I could not get the utilities (BGE and Washington gas) on my name by the time I moved-in. I was warned of a $50 service fee for each bill paid on my behalf since the utilities were not in my name. After moving-in, I realized that I could transfer both the utilities to my name since the date of my move-in, leaving no gap in services under my name. I just had to contact the service provider over email (before the first bill was generated) and send them the leasing document that showed the move-in date. This enabled me to avoid paying the $50 fee.

Management is very caring and understanding always willing to help residents. They are very thourough in making sure they show interest in concerns you may have. Everyone that works here is very nice. That is very unusual for most apartment complex that I seen.
