The community location is great however I think that the grounds are kept up nicer in the front of the property. Also the hallways are not cleaned everyday like they used to be. No one cleans up behind their dogs outside.

I moved in and the apartment prep was terrible. The paint job was sloppy and cheap. I have repainted the living, dining and hallway at my own expense. I had to remove excessive paint on the front door frame because I could barely get it to open and close. The 2nd bedroom closest door fell off and hit my nephew in the head. The bathroom door in the master bedroom was not properly installed and it almost fell on me. I had a flood the third day. Some of my personal property was damaged. A very rocky start for a move in.

It's been a good experience so far. I worry a little about the tidiness of common areas such as the lobby and staircase area. As well as the dumpster area. The response to fixing maintenance issues has been prompt and that's good.

When a maintenance work or repair is requested it takes forever to complete, when I moved in the apartment was infested, toilet broken reported over 30days and still yet not fixed, same with unit entrance door.

This is a very clean complex. The staff are so very nice. The maintenance team are great. I like the fact that you have a lock on the complex door, and one on your apartment door for safety. You have a middle, and high school with in walking distance.

It's the worse. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Floor boards and walls are thin. I can hear the man upstairs snore. The trash area is a disgrace. The pine trees are damaging car in the parking lot. I have an email to prove the the leasing office has been made aware of the damage and the property has not made 1 attempt to prune the trees. Tenants are not held responsible to pick after animals. I step in dog feces on the regular. The leasing office is aware of all these things and NOTHING get ratified

From the time that I came to view an apartment to the time that I moved in the customer service was stellar. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. The amenities at the apartments is very convenient. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit. It's very quiet people are for Lin speak and say hello however, for the most part they stay to themselves I feel safe and secure.
