I really have enjoyed living in these apartments. The size is perfect for everything that I need and the staff is quick with helping when needed. I've had multiple conversations with the staff and it has been nothing but easy and kind. Love living here.

Not too fond of living in a building/complex with dogs because of all the barking, but overall my experience here has been very good. The Staff has been professional, efficient and understanding. Maintenance concerns have been addressed quickly.

Very well maintained with a great office staff. They just redid the roads and sprinklers. Very quiet. The only problem I have is my paid parking space is three buildings away which sucks when there's three inches of slush or it's pouring rain. Otherwise it's a nice place.

I just moved in to these apartments a couple of months ago and they are fantastic. I have had experiences with everyone; management, maintenance, etc. And everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond and will make sure your questions or problems are handled professionally and correctly.

I like it here. It is clean and quiet and the staff is very courteous and helpful.I wasn't sure if I would like living in an apartment, but I like it here.Whenever I had a problem the maintainance guys were great. Also whenever I had aproblem with paperwork the office people were very helpful

Good
Lilly took my husband and I on the property to view an apartment. Very informative and nice. She took her time and answered all of our questions. Great customer service and we love the place. Beautiful landscape around the property.

It's just okay. Communication could be a lot better. Trash around the property. People don't pick up after their dogs. Amenities listed on website are misleading. But it's too much trouble to move so I'll stay.

Things have been rough with the revolving door in the changes in management, but I feel this is on the mend with the new leadership. With the new leadership I feel that lakeside village is heading into a new direction for the coming months.

The facilities are nice, and the office staff is amazing, but maintenance is very hard to convince to actually come do anything. Also the washer and dryer on my floor has been out for months and nothing has been done about it

Not a good one. Most of the problems are from people who can not seem to NOT STOP SMOKING WEED!! They have no regard for others I the building and management will not enforce the rules and get rid of problem people. They spend a lot of money paving but the buildings are falling apart. Cheap materials used to do repairs. HOT TUB HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THREE YEARS!! Lots of undesirable people live here

Id rather live in a porta potty then lakeside village
Lakeside Village is a place where you go if that is all you can get at the moment. They talk a big game and show you some BS mock up of an apartment, but when you walk inside your actual apartment and see the 58 layers of paint, the 80s cabinets, the 90s appliances, it is almost like a time collapse. At first I thought I was in that sitcom Married with Children, but then I remembered Bundy had a home and this place is just a toilet. This place is a joke. I do not even know where to begin. First and foremost they believe that no one is married or has a partner. You get one parking spot and your other half will NOT. Every day when you return home from work, be sure to say a little prayer at the light, that you can find a spot by your building. nice people, few disturbances. lots of littering around the complex. most people are quiet. peaceful community, wish there was more than one way out of the complex (additional entrance/exit). potholes are common and need to be filled near the front of the entrance

Not the worst, not the best
I’ve been living here for 4 years. There’s definitely worse places in the area, but lakeside village does have some issues. Maintenance is pretty quick to arrive, but we have had to call them for broken AC units, bathroom ceiling leaks, other issues, etc. Don’t move in for the hot tub, it has been closed for years and will probably never open again. You will be charged for any fine print on your lease. If they can find a loophole — they will charge you for it. I have had to call the police twice for domestic violence/assault in our building/area. The dog poop and trash thrown all on the lawns is beyond ridiculous. SO MUCH garbage, my neighbors are pigs. If you own a dog or a child, be careful. We’ve had to pull our dogs away from needles, used condoms, so much food and garbage. It’s such a shame, because the property could be so beautiful if the residents didn’t treat it like a dump. Waste of time and money
Do you like living in fear? Do you never want to have a parking spot? Do you like bugs? Do you want to see the police daily? Do you want to have the water shut off daily? Do you like when the hot water rarely works? Do you like pot holes? Do you want to live in a state of noise, 24/7? Do you like being treated like you are a no body? Do you like when people come into your apartment without telling you first? Do you like to wash your cloths in the rain, cause the washer and dryer are trash? Then look no further. RENT ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HERE
This place is literally HELL on EARTH. Parking sucks. Laundry sucks. Management sucks. Water is consistently shut off. The hot water rarely works when water is actually on. This place is literally a joke. Your reward for paying your rent on time and causing no problems, is to be treated like complete ---- once you actually need assistance. The place cannot keep tenants and I now understand why. Every morning when I wake up here, I die a little more inside. My wife and I are literally counting the days until we can run out of here. We will not walk, we will run. Please do yourself a favor and read the contract. If you need to move for whatever reason, these SOB find this a moment to make money off of you. The cops were called to our building in early April for a stabbing. We requested to move because we were fearful. Their response. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Very satisfied with how clean and well kept the complex is. Maintenance does a good job to repair things right away. Buildings are always kept cleans. Roads do need to be patched more often to avoid pot holes.

In general it's a very nice community. I have a nice apartment and friendly neighbors for the most part. However, my upstairs neighbors never seem to sleep and I don't get very many full night of sleep. Mostly interrupted by loud crashes and creeks from the floors and their furniture. Last night was extremely bad. The noise started at 12am and went through the rest of the evening. At 3 am I was outside emailing management because my neighbors decided it was a good time to take a shower ??at 5am I laid back down and slept intermittently between the noises. It's really been difficult. I was told to call emergency maintenance during these evenings only to discover that they can only stand in the hallway to determine if noise is excessive. Nowhere near the bed room! ?? Hopefully my email ( one of many) gets someone's attention! 6 lol ng months, I'm so over it! I can't sleep on the couch because that's their really stomping area. Even jumping up and down above my head while I was vacuuming in the middle of the day WTH! my vacuum is a little Shark Rocket it's not that loud.

I love my apartment it is so spacious and a good price point for the features I have. The only true complaint I would have is that the pet fee be a one time fee per lease signing as I added a new pet to my family and it was a bit costly.

Nice community. Nice size apartment, friendly staff. Maintence always fast and efficient. Great place to live. Great for dog owners. Gym and pool nice. Just waiting for hot tub to reopen. Happy to call this place home. Security also makes it safe and hardly any issues. Front office great.

Experience good overall. Exceptions are quality of water( leaves black residue over time), and dead shrubs in front of patio. Also need more lighting on inner circle drive at night. Often hard to see pedestrians walking in road.

Honestly..it is over priced..and the rent goes up WAY too much for what you get..but the staff is mostly good. Some are more friendly and efficient than others like all places. It isn't a bad place to live, but it is definitely over priced..but where I'm from apartments of better quality run about 700..not 1400+..I'm assuming it's normal to be over priced out here..which is lame..

Bee infestation last year. Will repeat this year because it only stopped because of cold weather. Shower needs to be replaced but maintenance did not agree. Took pictures of top of shower and not the bottom where it is rotted out.

It started off pretty bad because almost everything was broken in my upgraded apartment the first day and someone pooped all over the toilet. The following year they lost my check and tried to evict me for their negligence. Bees and Flys constantly find a way to get through the window every summer and they refuse to place new fitted windows in my room. Before you ask, why haven't you moved? Well now I have an eviction on my history because of them. Other than those negative challenges. My apartment is pretty spacious. The rent is pretty high but it's cool.
