I love this community because it's neat and clean. It's near to my office and has the shuttle service which makes my commute really easy. The apartments are luxurious and well maintained. I would definitely refer this to my friends.

Amazing place to live in...efficient maintenance and hygiene. Close to university of micihgan dearborn and Ford HQ. A bit overpriced and some unnecessary add on services are charged to monthly bill. But safest place to live in dearborn....overall average place to stay in. They can improve the security a bit.

My name is Lieutenant Nidal Ibrahim. Moved recently from to Dearborn, and off course was looking at apartments, as soon as I walked into the fairlane meaddw I felt that Im home, and the employees at the Offices Confirmed that to me and made me feel at home, they gave me a tour of the place and immediately I fell in love with the place. The entire staff the 3 Gorgeous ladies and the Awesome gentleman went out of their way and I mean it literally to facilitate and make things Happened. I got a Gorgeous apartment and part of my excitement in moving to dearborn is moving inn at the fairlane meaddow apartments. I Highly Recommend this place, and you will thank me Later. Lt. We moved here about a year ago, and were told that the vast amount of amenities were all under renovation to be in brand new shape over the next few months... Here is what we have had to enjoy... Old broken down gym equipment, dirty pools that close often, no air conditioning in the sport courts, a gate that is always broken, lights always out around buildings, and a club room that is just an unusable empty room with no purpose.... We have also had tons of bug issues, and whenever we call they just bring someone to spray and it doesn't help... We told the leasing people this and they say it has to be something we are doing.... I am clean person... This place is a dirt pit!

The Hayman Company is even more clueless and out of touch as the management staff that runs the long dilapidated Fairlane Meadow. Once a luxury community of the 1980s', the property has undergone little to no renovations to its "amenities" that they list as being "resort quality." Obviously any older community needs constant work, but this property would rather invest in a gorgeous leasing office, than actually improve the crumbling and poor functioning amenities it offers to the residents. Fairlane does offer renovated apartments, which are not too shabby to the untrained eye. However, the minor cosmetic renovations are done with VERY low quality materials, and only mask the fact that water and rot are causing structural damage that makes it dangerous for residents to live here. If you want to live somewhere that does not give excuse after excuse and surprises you with "policies" that make everything your fault, live at one of the other communities that is run by a company that has some sort of intellect.

I have lived here for just over a year. Am currently a resident. I recently had a breakin in my apartment. When I went and told the staff at the office, he gave me a very passive reaction "oh". I asked him what I need to do now and he just told me to call the police and thats it. The apartment is in good condition but sometimes the furnace chokes up and if I call the maintenance they manage to find a way to blame me. I needed my windows replaced during the winter which they themselves determined during a preventive maintenance check in october. They took measurements thrice and kept losing them and never ordered the new windows. everytime i asked, they realized that the order had not been placed. finally after winter had almost passed, they came over and got it done in late march. they give convenineces like washer dryer units in the apartment but take away comfort in the form of service. Rent went up but 100 but everything else that they charge went up too so the overall amount is up by 200. Thats too much of an increase for the service they provide.

Fair lane Meadow is a good place to live with different amenities like pool ,club house,gym,kids school within the campus .It has high security and a good community surrounded with beautiful natural surroundings.

While I feel the rent is expensive having a shuttle to the University of Michigan-Dearborn campus is a plus! The grounds are well kept and clean, however the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from conversations to music playing in other apartments. The maintenance workers are pretty prompt but sometimes take up to 3 days to get to your problem. I don't really have any interaction with the staff unless I have questions about my lease but that was difficult. We played phone tag for a week when my lease started and I was unable to move in for another two weeks which was frustrating. But overall it is a decent place to live close to a strip shopping center and downtown Dearborn.

The unit I am in now is wonderful and management made sure it was clean and that all items were functioning as they should. This is a great, overall, this is a well-maintained community and the staff are great.

We have been living at Fairlane Meadows for almost a year now and enjoying this apartment. The territory is nice and green, great for taking a walk or a run. There are two pools that are open in the summer and a fitness center with all the basic equipment. When we moved in, our apartment was fully renovated, we got brand-new kitchen cabinets, appliances and sinks - who doesn't like that! The only reason I leave a 4 star is probably because of the price that is on higher end, but I guess you get what you pay for...

Appliances are very old unless it is a renovated apartment, which is more expensive. The rents are too high considering the size and condition of the apartment. No proper shelves. Kitchen cabinets are old and dingy. The only good thing is the maintenance staff. Though it's a gated community, not very safe considering the fact that I lost 2 of my credit card mails.

I lived in Fairlane Meadow for two dreadful years and it got worse with time. First off the community is infested with bed bugs which is disgusting. Everything is falling apart in the apartment it's horrible. The rent is really high and you don't get what you pay for. Fairlane Meadow is the lowest of the Fairlane properties in the Dearborn area, which explains why their rent is lower than most of the other properties in the area. I came in to discuss my balance on my rental account and the assistant manager spoke to me very disrespectful and abrasive. I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy.

I have lived here for a long time. The place has had some problems but the new manager seems to be working very hard to bring it back to what it used to be, and really seems to be qualified, especially compared to the last manager, which unfortunately means she won't be there long. I can see an improvement in the office staff too - there have been some changes but they've been for the better. Maintenance has to work too hard. There never seems to be enough guys to cover the work, but they do get the job done. The apartment complex has been neglected but they are starting to put money into it. It's in a great location. Close to everything. I would recommend this place, even though it doesn't really sound like it. It has been a good place and I've got great neighbors.

This place is a SHAM. They are paying residents to go on social media and post good reviews about them. There are so many things wrong with this place, I don't even know where to start. They overcharge for their outdated, dirty apartments. Staff at the leasing office is constantly changing. In the two years that I've been here, the leasing office staff has changed 5 times. Staff is disrespectful towards the residents and always undermines them. They never follow up on anything either. This place is not worth what they're advertising.

Hi, Fairlane Meadows is a wonderful apartment with many amenities like gym, swimming pool and conference room. It is close to places like Walmart and Target, which makes buying grocery easier.

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for comfortable place to live. I am staying here almost a year and recommended few of my friends,they are really happy with their choice. Maintenance services is very good and really good team ,few market places/stores etc are very near by. Personally, I like the view from my window and balcony for every season.
