Worst place I have ever lived. Cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move. First day moving in to my new 1200 dollar a month townhouse the dishwasher was broken along with my kitchen drawer. A week later they finally fixed my dishwasher and in regards to the drawer (which is still broken 2 years later) I was told to "insert it a certain way" so that it stays on track... When they got around to installing my new dishwasher they broke the "wood" in my kitchen that covers the floor. Turns out it's not actually wood but a fake covering that is now cracked. The tiles leading up to my bathtub are all cracked, and the tiles under my kitchen and bathroom sink are completely un-leveled and falling into themeselves. This was all reported my first day moving in and nothing has ever been done. The window in my bedroom was broken and could not be opened. Upon reporting this a maintenance man came and broke the window open resulting in it no longer being able to be closed. He then nailed it shut and I was told it would take weeks for a new window to arrive. After waiting weeks I took it upon myself to call management where they informed me the maintence man who took the measurements no longer works for them and therefore the order for my new window was never sent. I dealt with a draft above my head for months. This isn't comparable to the first rain fall I experienced that saw a leak from the skylight in my bathroom or the only two times I ever took a bath that resulted in flooding of my kitchen floor from the ceiling/floor from the second floor.... In regards to the rain the pathway up to my house from the parking lot to my door floods so much that the water level reaches ankle depth. After two years of dealing with this I finally reported this with proof of pictures and video where management was apologetic but ultimately unsympathetic when it came time to compensate me for the damages to my foot ware. In my two going on three years of living here I have never had grass in front of my home but just a field of dirt. Upon reporting this the response I receive is that the branches of the trees on the property are blocking the sun and therefore grass cannot grow... Shuttles come and go for residents to utilize causing an unsafe experience when trying to walk to them from their homes because there is no sidewalk along the main road, so people are forced to walk in the street pushing baby carriages next to constant traffic. The gate is broken ever so often that anyone who pleases can enter the property without being buzzed in. The pools are constantly being used after hours by people I can only assume are patrons that cause so much noise during mandatory "quiet hours" that it makes it hard to sleep. Do not have things shipped here! A custom order birthday present was shipped to the leasing office and signed for and they did not inform me! It wasn't until I called the shipping company (50 days later) that I was told that my shipment was sitting at the leasing office. When going to retrieve my shipment I asked why they didn't inform me that my package had arrived and the response was "we don't do that." Overall very disappointed in the appearance of the community, its safety, the noise level, and the staff from management to maintenance. If I could I would have rated it 0 out of 5 but 1 was the lowest option that could be chosen. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
