I am current resident who stayed in this place for 7 long years!!! But fortunately soon moving out in a couple of weeks. I lived in 2 bedroom unit. A friend of mine was looking to stay here so asked me feedback about this place. I thought it is good idea to write a review so other prospective residents can also find it useful. This place was built around 1965 and appliances are even older than that. In winter, you can expect electric+gab bill around $400-450 even for moderate usage. Small maintenance is taken care of in 2-3 days, but if your issue is complicated (for example stove is sparking intermittently and need replacement) then expect 2-3 weeks. They simply don't want to spend money to buy you new stuff. Period. Maintenance team is ok, but can't help you. Security is almost nonexistent. The gated community is a big joke. Almost everyone knows the code and can get in. If you are a family or want a safe place to live, then this is not the place. If you are someone who is willing to fight against criminals when something bad thing happens, then this is the thing probably for you. They had many auto thefts couple of years ago and they hired a security firm for a month or so at that time. But if you ask the their staff about security patrol, they will tell as if they had security patrol until yesterday. In fact, it was one time and years ago. Management staff is filled with crooks who simply care for money. Last year I told them I am living here for 6 years and whether they can give me new stove. They said NO. Then I put my vacate notice. After 1 month, they called me at least 5 times to "know why I am moving out and what they can do for me". Simply thugs and crooks in the management team. But this time, finally I am moving out as everyone else is doing. Since everyone is moving out, they are desperate to bring in new people and were offering $1000 towards rent. But sorry, I don't put someone in sorrow for $1000, so did not refer nor recommended this place to anyone. You can get much better places around Dearborn with lower rent. Hope you will find good place.
