I was almost seriously injured because of the negligence of this apartment complex's management. Some maintenance workers left a 3 inch rusty nail facing up right next to the door on my porch. Thankfully I was wearing platform shoes when I stepped on it. If I had been wearing thinner shoes, it would have gone through my foot. I filed a complaint immediately, and no one did anything about it for 2 days. This place is constantly being renovated with no warning. This was not the first or last time that the exterior area of my apartment was left a disaster zone. Do not move here.

I have lived in Fairlane Meadow for 7 years. The past year (2007) was by far the best it ever looked. The Front entrance was stunning with beautiful flowers. The front of the office entrance was extrodinary. You can tell that the management takes great pride in who performs the daily task of maintaining the grounds. The Office staff has greatly improved the last couple years. The apartments are well kept up maintenance is all over the place&#44; and very friendly. The exercise room is well equipped. Many of my neighbors have been long term renters&#44; they all feel the same. Also this past winter; never had a problem getting out. The snow plowers had our roads cleaned up better than the county. 

What Beautiful Grounds

This is ridiculous and has been pathetic in its entirety.  Do NOT live here.  We&apos;re breaking our lease just to get out.  The unit we were given looked nothing like the ones we saw and the incompetent staff refused to do an initial walk through with us, even after we insisted.  They just gave us our keys.  What we found was garbage, a sink completely orange with rust, broken items, missing items, stains, and a strong marijuana smell.  Someone finally looked at it and gave us a move in condition sheet to fill out on our own.  We think, okay let&apos;s fill this out and everything will get better, but oh!  Guess what?  The heat doesn&apos;t work and it&apos;s the end of December.  It&apos;s been several months now and there&apos;s been no change in the level of shittiness.  Things have only gotten more interesting as we discover new crappy things every day, like how there&apos;s ants, how we can hear our neighbors pissing in their bathroom, how the plugs are so loose that things will just fall out, sometimes sparking, and how the kitchen counter is peeling away.  We&apos;ve been ignored time and time again on any maintenance requests, and if they do come, they don&apos;t let us know and enter our apartment without so much as phone call, which we&apos;ve repeatedly stressed is a big no-no as we&apos;re both military veterans with varying degrees of issues.  They&apos;ve entered our unit without our knowledge and without so much as a phone call four times, sometimes to third party companies.  This place is awful and the oblivious staff have done NOTHING to remedy ANY problems.  We gladly welcome any bad marks on our rental history if it means we can leave.

Oh yeah, and the whole &quot;card access entry&quot; thing?  Doesn&apos;t do any good if the gates are continually broken and people tailgate others to get through two at a time, or just go in through the out gate (which is super unsafe as well as illegal).

UPDATE: Posted a negative review on their main website... doesn&apos;t show up.  The only ones visible are five star reviews.  Is this place run by immature schoolchildren?

I have lived here for almost a year now and have no complaints whatsoever. The few times that I have had to call maintenance for minor things, they have been johnny on the spot in less than 24 hours. My experience with the staff has been good - they have all been courteous and helpful to me. 

I love living here and I would recommend living here to anyone who is considering it.

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for comfortable place to live. I am staying here almost a year and
recommended few of my friends,they are really happy with their choice. Maintenance services is very good and really good team ,few market places/stores etc are very near by.

Personally, I like the view from my window and balcony for every season.

Fair lane Meadow is a good place to live with different amenities like pool ,club house,gym,kids school within the campus .It has high security and a good community surrounded with beautiful natural surroundings.

I live on the ground floor in a one bedroom one bathroom apartment which I pay $1050/Mo. After complaining multiple times of cracked ceiling, the bottom lip wind guard for the door is ripped out, toilet not flushing good, water leaking from outside pipe into my apartment, but they can&apos;t seem to fix it. my apartment is infested with bugs even though I pay $5 or $10 a month for bug control.  The water pipe from my neighbor leaks water which runs towards my apartment. This is only attracting flies and bugs and i can&apos;t walk into my apartment without stepping and attacked by bugs. There is pictures to prove it. This has not been fixed even after relentless complaints to the office manager. They also charge you $5 fee for electronically billing us. We can&apos;t opt out of that either!!!! This complex is expensive for nothing. I Honestly am disgusted of these apartments and the staff is lazy and does nothing. the management team can&apos;t manage their maintenance people. I had a maintenance guy bang on my door while i was showering for no reason, no schedule appointments nor an emergency reason for them to barge in.  If my upper door lock was not locked the guy would have simply walked into my apartment with no permission.

Fairlane Meadows is centrally located where you can get to downtown, shopping, and dining in the area.  I like that my apartment has a fireplace and two terraces one downstairs and one upstairs.  It is a unique kind of place.

So I see the staff keep deleting my messages on google so allow me to re submit! RAT INFESTATION RAT INFESTATION RAT INFESTATION!!!!!! I will be taking this to the news aswell this apartment complex deserves 0 stars nasty rude staff dirty apartments when you first move in complete RUSH job ! When I fist moved in they cleaned the apartment the MORNING OF and was not thoroughly disinfected! I have RATS in my walls I have been continuously complaining about nothing is being done ! My neighbor experienced one chewing and physically getting through the walls theses are NEW YORK SIZED RATS ! Do nottttt move here THESE PEOPLE KNOW THEY WILL AND CSN BE SUED THIS IS A HEATH HAZARD THAT CAN KILL YOU AND THEY KNOW THIS !!! Rodent fetus is NOTHING TO PLAY WITH AND AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF NOOOO EFFORTS IN ACTION THE GERMS AND BACTERIA OF THE RATS LIVING IN THE WALLS ARE ONLY GETTING WORSE!!!!! WE NEED JUSTICE! PAYING ALMOST $2000 in rent I have called the actual company and NOTHING IS BEING FONE THEY DONT CAREE!!!
