I am a female mid 20&#39;s and live with my mother and have been a part of the Draw Bridge community for 3 years now. I must say my 3 years of living here in Draw Bridge have been quit enjoyable. First and for most I would like to mention a few people. For one Denise our apartment  manager. She is not only very friendly and easy to talk to but very very helpful. She is always available in a time of need. She is always willing to work with people and I guess you would call her a people person. I would also like to mention Dave the &quot;Maintance man&quot;. Dave is ALWAYS available and willing to come out at ANYTIME. When living in an apartment just us two ladies its not always the easiest. He&#39;s always willing to help us when needed. In closing I would like to say I am VERY happy to live here and highly recommend living here to anyone who asks.

I love it here so far. I just moved in Monday July 13th 2015.  The staff that works in the office are  very helpful and friendly. The complex is very clean. My apartment has full upadates. This use to be a good place to live until they hired this new group of people in the office. They need to be somewhere where they aren&apos;t allowed to talk to people. This new staff is responsible for majority of my neighbors vacating the property. Also the spiders there are spiders everywhere the apartment, the hallway, the front door, the back door, and the carport. They want you pay $10 a month for a carport that doesn&apos;t have a light now is it kept up. I got a brand new car that was full of spiderwebs. The maintenance is lackluster. i wouldn&apos;t recommend this place to anyone until they clear out that front office. They say they have security but I haven&apos;t seen anyone since the winter. They allow the neighborhood ppl to come and go threw the trash which bothers me.

Kind staff, on top of most things. Fast to respond. The lady's working here are lovely!!! Sadly we have been dealing with a strong smoke smell that was not told to us that smokers were in the building before or by move in.

Very quiet area. Never had a problems with neighbors. From office is always quick to reply with any concerns. When times were tough with Covid the staff was very accommodating with my financial issues. Love the pool during the summer.

I moved here in 2009, my experience here has been wonderful, The staff is aiways available to help with your needs & concerns, my building is quiet, & clean, never had any big problems, my neighbors are friendly, maintenance is always there when you need them.

I have recently experienced a very unprofessional conversation with the Office Manager Carl at the Drawbridge Apartments East. He called me Saturday on June 1, 2024 at 9:22am. Which is not the business hours. To discuss a balance of incorrect fees on my Flex App. His arrogant, sarcastic tone was unacceptable. I sent a email to Juanita Walker earlier today and called three times and have not heard or received a reply by email. I have only lived here about 7 months. And as of now I am seriously considering  not renewing my Lease.

Quiet place to live, but expensive for a one bedroom, they don't fix anything. My dishwasher has been broken for since I moved in and still has not been fixed. In unit Washer and dryer hookup is nice.
