I feel a part of a community! I have known some of the tenants for a long time. I feel very safe here. I would definitely recommend these apartments! I love the pool in the summers. Clean & well maintained.

Very happy here! Feel safe & part of a 'community. Maintenance orders are done well & in a timely manner. Staff and neighbors are friendly and speak to you by name. Plan on staying here for years to come!

quiet & safe

I am so happy I moved here!!I moved from across town & didn't know the area so I searched online. I checked out over 20 different places & none of them looked as nice as the pics posted online, NOT the case with Drawbridge Apts.; what I saw was what I got. I work midnights so quiet & safe were the most important things to me & I am very satisfied. The buildings, pool, grounds are beautifully kept. Close parking spots are always available & areas are well lit. Can't say enough about the staff: very friendly, helpful & courteous. Moved from a house & just can't believe how much room I have! I save money using their 'Hero's' program ( applies if you are a nurse, police, fireman, etc.). There is an exercise room & saunas open 24/7 & I feel safe going there @ night alone. Also, found out that the company that manages Drawbridge Apts. has won awards the last 2 years, that speaks volumes to me. Wish I would have moved here sooner!!
