I like living here. It's close to I-94, but relatively quiet. Overall, it's a good trade-off between road noise and convenience. The community has a good mix of demographics, giving you more opportunities to meet people from backgrounds different from your own.

The community consists of some older buildings, which keep the maintenance staff relatively busy. Management and maintenance do their best to keep the property functional and attractive. A phone call to maintenance will get any maintenance problem fixed, eventually. Emergency work orders are usually handled very quickly. However, due to the current Covid crisis, some people might not be satisfied with the speed of service. Management and maintenance are doing the best they can, with what they have; it would be unreasonable to expect miracles. I would recommend this property to friends and family, and have already done so.

As long as you don't expect something you don't pay for, you won't be disappointed. They do the best they can despite chronic staff shortages. Generally speaking, maintaining a 30 y.o. apartment complex is neither easy, nor cheap. When something breaks, they will fix it. Maybe not as fast as you like, but it's going to get fixed. I feel safe in this neighborhood, and I'm not afraid of walking my dog at night. Keep your car and your doors locked, and the chance of something unfortunate happening are no worse than the other rental properties or condos in the area.

The buildings are older, but the maintenance staff does their best to keep things functioning and running as they should be. The apartments staff is responsive and fair, and the amenities are in good shape. They even put up a parcel lockbox, which is accessible after hours, so that you don't have to pick up your package from the post office every time the mailman brings a package two large for your mailbox. Convenient, and COVID-19 safe!

I've lived here less than a month, but I like it so far. VERY close to I-94, but road noise is not an issue. The apartments are not new, but acceptably priced for what you get. Things will leak or break, but the office and maintenance staff are eager and capable to resolve any issues you might run into. The complex is pet friendly, and highly encourage residents to clean up their pets' mess. If you're looking for a place that meets your needs in a safe neighborhood, look no further than here.
