Relatively quiet community, clean and safe. Ample parking spaces. Close grocery markets and other shopping. Close to expressway. Affordable rent. For apartment living, it is very comfortable. I'm enjoying my stay here.

I like living in this community. It's rather quiet, clean, and safe. There is 24/7 security access. One night I arrived home very late and security watched me as I parked my car and enter my building safely. I'm pleased with the tenant diversity. All the ones I have personally encountered have been very friendly. Shopping areas, banks, grocery markets etc..are nearby. Express way is less than a quarter mile away.

It's so great to hear all the wonderful amenities our community offers from a resident! We pride ourselves on creating the best experience possible however surrounding environment makes a difference as well. We are centrally located close to 94.
