It's been alright but the bait and switch and giving us a ------ apartment with a bunch of broken ---- isn't cool. Everything is broken in here and I don't even feel like contacting maintenance about any of it.

It's only been less than 4 months since I moved into my apartment. It's been great so far except for those pesky gnats and fruit flies that I can't seem to get rid off with all the traps that I've used. Hopefully this will change as the season changed. Other than that, it's all good!!

The community is quite nice and friendly. The staff is very sweet and does a great job at meeting whatever need I may have. The events at the clubhouse for the community is very nice and I appreciate and enjoy them.

The most important thing for me was when I was looking for a place to live was location and the service that I was getting when I spoke with Tonya she was more than what I expected with her service I knew right away I was at the right place I never had a major issue but when I had a problem I couldn't believe how fast they addressed the problem I love living here. I'll give it 5 star rating that's just how I feel.....thank you

I enjoy living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are courtesy and professional. Maintenance requests are done in timely manner. Close to shopping and schools. Property is well maintained.

The Apartment complex is located in a robust business district including The Oakland Mall, AMC movie theatre, and much more. Also, I-75 is l/4 mile away. The complex is relatively quiet and kept up nice. It has a beautiful pool and fitness center. The base rent is reasonable, but the add on fees on top of that can be somewhat unpredictable (the add on fees include a sewer charge, water charge, trash charge, gas charge, and utility service charge (and utility does not include electric, you will pay that on your own)). These fees are fair enough, albeit there is nothing you can do to lower them because it is calculated as a group use. There is one more charge that I consider to be unconstitutional, and that is the $10 convenience fee to pay rent (unless you give them your bank routing and account numbers, which is something that is dangerous in this age of fraud and inflation). Anyway, that's all for now, I'll continue to think on the bright side.

So far, so good! It's nice and quiet. Everyone is friendly and so helpful! My space is perfect for my son and I. I like that my concerns get addressed in a timely manner and everything gets fixed asap.

Best apartment complex I've ever resided at. Staff is always super courteous and understanding, love the clubhouse with the pool and gym, and so many great food options closeby. The park right across the way is a great perk also, I can just walk there anytime to get some exercise in and relax. 5/5 stars.

The first two years were fine however every year after that has gone tremendously downhill. There's never any upgrades to your apt unit however the price to stays there continues to rise. When it comes to payments it seems they pull charges out of the air and will charge you for it. There isn't any upkeep to the spaces. I don't live in any regrets but this may be the first.

We like it, maintence is quick to respond but doesn't always resolve the issue. Sometimes lazy in their actions. The pool isn't monitored so people are always in plain clothes, more than allowed guests and parties aren't always considerate of those around them

You have the freedom to do what you want inside your own apartment, but that is all. They do not pay attention to the wear and tear on their own buildings, allowing things like gutters to remain broken for months.

I have had a great experience living a Lexington Village Apartments. Grounds are nice and apartments are great. Office and Maintenance staff super friendly and helpful with your needs. You are also close to expressway, mall and many other shops and eatery's.

Applying online was very convenient. It took away the stress from having paper documents. Moving in was a breeze. Management is always willing to help out any situation. Maintenance is available to help when things go wrong.

I think for the price you pay there aren't any real amenities, they're outdated and severely over priced. The neighbors are ok for the most part, the complaints you make definitely go addressed the first day and then after that, nothing. This is just a place to live, but not stay.

The two bedroom apartment that I live in now the maintenance is horrible I have mice the washroom is so dirty and nasty I hardly even want to go down to wash the community is great the surrounding area as far as convenience for stores and restaurants are amazing I am not satisfied with the maintenance repairs they are absolutely terrible not satisfied with pest control don't understand why they even come out because I had to catch all the mice myself it is very uncomfortable to live in a home with mice the outside windows are terrible they're dirty and have never been cleaned since I've moved in to rate where I live now in this apartment out of a 1 to 10 I give it a three

My experience at this community I would give it a 3/5 (5 being the best). The apartment itself is not too bad I would only complain that the heat is my biggest issue. It is a louder area due to all the shopping and the school near buy. Maintenance overall has been okay! However calling the leasing office for questions or concerns 9/10 times the office staff is extremely rude! Had questions when the company switched to a different app to pay our bill and there was no help and gave me attitude. I do not call the office unless absolutely necessary. Only had a few calls that were nice. The outside is clean, grass is always cut. Snowplow in the winter is plowed in a reasonable manner. However the dumpers often overflow and trash ends up around and in the road at times.

My total experience here at Lexington Village has been nothing less than phenomenal. The apartments are great all amenities are fabulous and the surrounding community offers just about everything all with end about a 2 mile radius from the apartments. Living here is great also all the residents are courteous an respectful, the grounds crew an maintenance crews are A plus this was absolutely the best choice to restart my life. Simply put Lexington Village is the bomb come an check it out you won't be disappointed.

The condition is poor; there's still mold in the bathroom, the basement reeks of raw sewage, the front door is perpetually broken, the hallway appears as though it hasn't been painted in the last decade, the carpet is neglected, and there's nowhere to park.

Bittersweet, at first it was good and then I started to feel insecure when my packages were left open at my door or stolen from the door. When they call the police on me for having music at 4 in the afternoon and not having any kind of support from the administration. The front door has been falling down since I moved in and no one is doing anything.

The apartment is just ok. Needs a lot of updates. They need to upgrade the kitchen and it's appliances. At night while sleeping, I hear a lot of noises coming from the wall. Either the plumbing system or hvac system needs a change because it is very loud.
