I have been here for 5 months im start off by saying plz save yourself the money n effort n dnt rent here im sorry i had to take this issue to the Internet but they want help you no ther way. Ok like i said ive been here a lil over 5months the leasing staff especially the manager are rude nasty attitude individuals. My oven broke over 2months ago i have called place work orders n all n no help what so ever. When u call to see whats going on they say things like o the manager not n n its under warranty i price the piece myself at home depot n it barely cost 20 dollars they kept avoiding me so i took it here i want to call corp but cnt find the number. I pay my rent on time n all n still they treat u with no respect stating they cnt replace it or i have to wait on the leasing manager to ok it but when u talk to her the attitude ahe has is ridiculous, this is y im not renewing my lease u would think at 825 a month for a 1 bdrm u would get prompt respectable service not here so dnt waste the time lookin into these bcuz the staff not all but the majority or nasty n rude o then it hidden fee so i pay like 840 a month but u want know that until u sign ur lease. O n they make u sign a bed bug release form so if bed bugs so happen to come from another apt u have no chance of help recovering or moving into a different building. The heat they cut on when its hot out when it cold like now my heat dnt kick on till at least 7pm on a good day. So my advice to anyone is to look so where else bcuz im definitely out of here when my least end. O yea n about that u have to give a 3months notice before u move out or they automatically resign ur lease for u bcuz u didnt tell them 3months n advance.!!!!!!! All thats reading this have a good day
