Hello Mary,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We always appreciate all feedback, whether it is positive or negative.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the best interactions with our staff and that you are not satisfied with the completion of your work order. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so I am very concerned about your experience. If you would call the office at (248) 585-4010 or email me at
[email protected], I would love to discuss your specific situation in further detail.
We take pest issues very seriously, which is why we require all residents to sign an addendum before moving in stating that they are not bringing any pests with them. This is not something we would want any of our residents to experience. Michigan is one of the top three states in prevalence for this issue, which is why we take such precautions. If you weren't previously aware, this type of bug can be acquired anywhere including restaurants, stores, hotels, etc. This is why we educate residents about the issue.
We follow Michigan law as it pertains to turning on the boiler heat system. Please keep in mind that if you experience a maintenance emergency such as your heat not working, there is an Emergency Maintenance phone number available for all of our residents to use after office hours and on the weekends. Have you previously alerted us about any issues with your heating?
Our community requires a 60 day written notice if you do not to intend to stay, which is outlined in the signed lease agreement.
Again, I'd love the opportunity to discuss your specific experience with you. Please contact me as soon as you have a chance.
Sincerely,
Debbie Wisterman
