I have lived here for 2 months and I don't have many complaints. The worst thing is probably moths/spiders. Idk where they are coming from but I get at least 5 moths a day in my space. Spiders have been less since maintenance came and sprayed but they still manage to come around. Any other problem, maintenance came right away to fix! Johnny was very kind and fast in fixing all my issues (electrical, handy stuff around the place, replacing items that were broke) however i am still waiting (been 2 month now) to get the door buzzer fixed. I am in the furthest unit from the front door so whenever i have a guest or company, i have to walk down and manually open the door versus hitting the unlock button for them. Definitely an inconvenience when I am in the middle of cooking dinner or something.. other than that Application process was a breeze. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend checking Lexington Village Out.
